The Pacific Rim includes the US, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Russia, Cambodia, Indonesia, China, Thailand, Viet Nam, Mexico, Chile, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the list goes on. This list gives you an idea of the diversity. The city of Seattle is a complex blend of these neighboring cultures, and it is most beautifully expressed in the kitchen. As a cooking enthusiast in the Pacific Northwest, this is my offering.
